🍴 Starter — Sharing Board

Includes:

• Rillettes
• Horse sausage
• Petit salé from Lille (salt-cured pork)
• Rollmops (pickled herring with onion and white wine)
• Regional cheeses from Northern France

🍲 Main Courses (choose one)

• Welsh with Wissant sablé toast (Vegetarian version available without ham)
• Flemish Carbonade (beef slow-cooked in beer with gingerbread)
• Chicken filet with Maroilles (low-temperature cooked with creamy cheese sauce)
• Coquillette risotto with Maroilles and cooked ham (Vegetarian version available)
• Andouillette flambéed with Genièvre (mustard sauce)
• Filet américain (Belgian specialty, finely minced raw beef with seasoning)
• Beef flank steak (with Maroilles sauce OR shallot confit)
